PrintBoss interfaces with desktop accounting software as a printer driver. By selecting the PrintBoss 50 printer in your accounting software, when you print checks or any other accounting document, all information is passed through this interface. This is what makes the PrintBoss integration so simple and effective. This is what enables printing checks with PrintBoss to add no extra steps.

PrintBoss Online uses the QuickBooks Online API to seamlessly integrate. Check payments entered into QuickBooks Online are passed directly into PrintBoss Online, including amount, payee and company information. These checks are then paired with the appropriate bank information stored in PrintBoss Online. Similarly, after a check has been printed in PrintBoss Online, QuickBooks Online is automatically updated to show a check status of 'Printed'.
